RBI Assistant Exam 2024 is a national-level competitive examination conducted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to recruit eligible candidates for the position of Assistant in various branches of the RBI across India. The exam consists of three stages: Preliminary, Main, and Language Proficiency Test (LPT). The Preliminary exam is a screening test that consists of 100 objective-type questions from English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. The Main exam is a comprehensive test that consists of 200 objective-type questions from Reasoning, English Language, Numerical Ability, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge. The LPT is a qualifying test that assesses the candidate’s proficiency in the local language of the state/UT where they are applying. The candidates who clear all the three stages are selected for the final merit list.

The RBI Assistant 2023 Notification was released on September 13, 2023, inviting applications from eligible candidates for 450 posts of Assistant. The online application process was open from September 13, 2023, to October 04, 2023. The Preliminary exam was conducted on November 18 and 19, 2023, and the result was declared on December 15, 2023. The Main exam is scheduled to be held on December 31, 2023. The admit card for the Main exam will be released soon on the official website of RBI. The date of the LPT will be announced later.

RBI Assistant 2024 Cut off
The cut off for the RBI Assistant 2024 exam will be decided by the RBI based on the number of vacancies, the number of candidates, the difficulty level of the exam, and the normalization process. The cut off will be released along with the result of each stage. The candidates have to score above the sectional and overall cut off to qualify for the next stage.
